  4. Cheddar and poblano chili quiche.  Roasted the peppers a couple nights ago and was looking for something to put them in.  Remembered this recipe from @epicurious and sort of free formed it.  Used a leek, sharp cheddar, 1% milk, a couple extra eggs, quintuple the garlic, and fresh out of Mexican cream.  This version actually came out crisp and light.  It worked!  (Cold water pie crust straight out of the Jack Daniels Cookbook.  Apple cider vinegar and an egg.  Works every time.)
